Lake Keowee
Lake Keowee consist of about 18,000 acres with approximately 300 miles of shoreline. Only about 1/2 of the shoreline has been developed resulting in an uncrowded lake which is perfect for boating, fishing, sailing and other activities. Waterfront property and waterfront home prices have increased dramatically over the past several years as the area is being discovered as the perfect place to live, work and to play.

Charles Edmond has lived in the Lake Keowee area since 1978 making a home on Lake Keowee since 1986. He is a SC native and a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. Degree in Financial Mgt. He brings a strong background in Real Estate Development and Project Management. He is also a SC Licensed Residential builder and is active in development activities ranging from subdivision development to waterfront speculative homes and investment properties. He brings strong technical marketing skills to the team and coordinates all web marketing and property marketing for the team.
He is an avid, long time Clemson fan and you can find him at all the sporting events. He is also a SC Certified Barbecue Judge and enjoys cooking and judging events across the state. He is also an avid snow skier, boater, sailor and enjoys scuba diving. Edmond is very passionate about Lake Keowee and loves to introduce families to the Lake Keowee area. He must warn you, if you visit the area, you are most likely to fall in love with the lifestyle we enjoy and will not want to leave.
